Raymond Huggins

Raymond Huggins served 34 years in the oil industry and is now the Managing Director of Hazray Enterprises Limited. His areas of further education and development include Occupational Health and Safety and Alternative Dispute Resolution (through the University of Windsor). Mr. Huggins is also deeply involved in community work and serves as a committee member on the Fonclaire Steel Orchestra’s Management Team since 2019.
